    En esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes, set de entrenamiento que consta de una diversidad de ejercicios muy práctica de trabajar con mancuernas y con el propio peso corporal, les recuerdo que si no no poseen mancuernas puedan usar dos botellas de refresco o aplicar la rutina sin equipamiento ya que es muy completa y diversa de ejecutar.
    In this opportunity I share with you a training set that consists of a diversity of very practical exercises to work with dumbbells and with your own body weight, I remind you that if you do not have dumbbells you can use two bottles of soda or apply the routine without equipment since it is very complete and diverse to execute.




    Esta serie de ejercicios, está orientada en fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el sector del tren inferior como cuádriceps, bíceps femoral, glúteos, pantorrillas.
    This series of exercises is aimed at strengthening the group of muscles that make up the lower body sector such as quadriceps, biceps femoris, gluteus, calves.


    Trabajaremos en bloques de 4 series por 15 repeticiones cada ejercicio con minutos de descanso.
    We will work in blocks of 4 series for 15 repetitions each exercise with minutes of rest.
