I just finished a brutal push-up routine, a small but intense set of strength training that we can do 4 to 5 sets with 3 or 4 minutes of rest to be able to recover well and do the routine very well again.
Es un circuito muy completo en la que trabajaremos todo el tren superior y nos ayudara a tener mucha fuerza y resistencia, mejorara nuestra capacidad física, coordinación, postura del cuerpo. Este circuito lo hice de 10 repeticiones por cada ejercicio, dependiendo las capacidades físicas de cada persona pueden aumentar las repeticiones por cada ejercicio o disminuir, ya sea haciéndolas de 5 en 5 de igual manera es un set de entrenamiento duro y completo de trabajar.
It is a very complete circuit in which we will work the entire upper body and it will help us to have a lot of strength and resistance, it will improve our physical capacity, coordination, body posture. I did this circuit with 10 repetitions for each exercise, depending on the physical abilities of each person, the repetitions can be increased or decreased for each exercise, either by doing them 5 by 5 in the same way, it is a hard and complete training set to work on.

Este circuito está compuesta por la ejecución de una serie de ejercicios, entre los cuales podemos mencionar los siguientes: Flexiones con aplausos, flexiones regulares, flexiones explosivas de salto, extensión con toque de hombro, flexiones de diamantes y flexiones el pico.
