    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad @hive @fulldeportes, En esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, una rutina bien completa, donde ejercito el tren superior, una rutina que puedes realizar donde tengas unas barras o paralelas cerca, en mi entrenamiento de hoy, estuvimos fortaleciendo los hombros y los tríceps una excelente rutina donde estuvimos trabajando mucho la fuerza y la resistencia.
