Tips de expresión corporal para salsa y bachata [ESP-ENG]

Hola gente bonita, hoy me complace compartirles otro tutoriaal!! Esta vez sobre expresión corporal, les doy unos ejercicios para que practiquen el moviento de las caderas, brazos, hombros y los dolphins tanto para bachata como salsa.

Este tutorial ya lo había grabado hace como más de un mes, pero no me gustó el video así que lo borré. Luego estaba con otras cosas y se me hacía complicado grabar, peo al fin pude hacerlo de nuevo, es algo largo, pero la verdad no lo podía cortar jaja, tómenlo con una mini clase, los ejercicios son bastante sencillo, básicos que los pueden ayudar a mejorar y descubrir su propio estilo bailando, porque como menciono en el video, es a través de nuestro cuerpo y expresiones faciales que transmitimos un mensaje al público y es lo que le da personalidad a nuestro baile.

Hello beautiful people, today I am pleased to share with you another tutorial! This time about body expression, I give you some exercises to practice the movement of the hips, arms, shoulders and dolphins for both bachata and salsa.

I had already recorded this tutorial about a month ago, but I didn't like the video so I deleted it. Then I was with other things and it was complicated to record, but finally I could do it again, it's a bit long, but the truth is I couldn't cut it haha, take it as a mini class, the exercises are quite simple, basic that can help you to improve and discover your own dancing style, because as I mention in the video, it is through our body and facial expressions that we transmit a message to the public and that is what gives personality to our dance.

Disculpen el ruido del ventilador, de verdad no pensé que se fuese a meter tanto en el audio a pesar de que estaba lejos, para el próximo video lo tengo en cuenta... también por si les hacía ruido, mi braga si tiene una parte del short mas larga que la otra jajaja y de paso se me subía, me di cuenta después de grabar el video. Y bueno, la foto de la portada no es de la mejor calidad porque fue un capture del video ya que como en otras ocasiones, se me olvida tomarme la foto para la portada jaja, espero poder recordarlo para el siguiente tutorial.

Sorry for the noise of the fan, I really didn't think it was going to get so much in the audio even though it was far away, for the next video I have it in mind... also in case it made noise, my panties have a part of the shorts longer than the other hahaha and by the way it was going up, I realized after recording the video. And well, the cover photo is not of the best quality because it was a capture of the video and as in other occasions, I forget to take the photo for the cover haha, I hope I can remember it for the next tutorial.
