Hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de como fue mi taller de Técnicas Básicas de Extreme Bike (spinning) el pasado domingo, comencé ya un proceso de formación más a fondo para futuramente certificarme como instructora de esta actividad...

Happy Wednesday beautiful people!!! I hope you are all having a great week. Today I come to share with you a little bit of how was my Extreme Bike Basic Techniques (spinning) workshop last Sunday, I started a more in-depth training process to be certified as an instructor of this activity...

La verdad en líneas generales la pasé muy bien, me disfruté mucho el día. Llegué súper temprano porque aproveché de irme con mis profesoras ya que no sabía exactamente donde quedaba el lugar, y me fui hasta que cerraron en la noche jajaja, por lo mismo, aprovechar la cola de regreso. Como muestro en el video estuve presente y hasta ayudé un poco en el proceso de decoración, todo al final quedó muy bonito, había bastante comida y la atención en general de todo el staff buen excelente, me sentí hasta consentida jajaja.

In general I had a great time, I really enjoyed the day. I arrived super early because I took the opportunity to go with my teachers since I did not know exactly where the place was, and I went until they closed at night hahaha, for the same reason, to take advantage of the return queue. As I show in the video I was present and even helped a little in the decoration process, everything at the end was very nice, there was plenty of food and the attention in general of all the staff was excellent, I even felt pampered hahaha.

El taller constó de dos partes, una teórica y otra práctica, donde nos enseñaron las ejecuciones correctas de los distintos patrones de movimiento, los ajustes pertinentes que hay que hacerle a la bici según tus medidas y pues reforzaron mucho sobre la importancia de mantener el pedaleo y la pierna líder (que es la que inicia la actividad) durante toda la canción.

Fue bastante exigente la parte práctica, porque como les digo, fue por patrones de movimientos pero de igual forma me aguanté mi clase y me la disfruté como es debido, terminé adolorida al final pero bueno, parte de todo jajaja.

The workshop consisted of two parts, one theoretical and one practical, where they taught us the correct execution of the different movement patterns, the pertinent adjustments to make to the bike according to your measurements and they reinforced the importance of maintaining the pedaling and the leading leg (which is the one that initiates the activity) throughout the song.

It was quite demanding the practical part, because as I say, it was by movement patterns but still I endured my class and I enjoyed it as it should, I ended up sore at the end but well, part of everything hahaha.
