Ashley Vlogs #23 | Un paseo por Sabas Nieves, Parque Nacional Waraira Repanos ⛰🤍 [ESP-ENG]

Tenía varios meses sin visitar uno de mis lugares favoritos de Caracas, y sin planearlo mucho una de mis mejores amigas me hace la invitación la noche anterior y casi en automático dije que si jajaj. Los domingos (el día que subimos) por lo general no hago más nada que solo estudiar o trabajar para Hive, así que además de eso, quise salir a distraerme un rato, y nada mejor que conectar con la naturaleza y respirar otro aire, en lo que nosotros los caraqueños llamamos nuestro pulmón natural, El Ávila, como más se le conoce, pero el nombre del Parque Nacional es Waraira Repanos, nuestra característica y bella montaña que siempre tenemos de fondo en la cuidad.

I had several months without visiting one of my favorite places in Caracas, and without much planning one of my best friends made me the invitation the night before and almost automatically I said yes hahaha. On Sundays (the day we went up) I usually do nothing more than study or work for Hive, so besides that, I wanted to go out to distract myself for a while, and nothing better than connecting with nature and breathe another air, in what we Caracas people call our natural lung, El Avila, as it is better known, but the name of the National Park is Waraira Repanos, our characteristic and beautiful mountain that we always have in the background in the city.

Al Parque se puede acceder de diferentes formas, pero en este caso y una de mis favoritas por su facilidad, es subir caminando por Sabas Nieves (una de sus tantas entradas). Es la mejor forma que hay para ejercitarse y tener un día agradable tanto solo como en compañía, yo he llegado a subir varias veces sola y es un momento total para desconectarse del mundo,la rutina, y conectarse con uno mismo y con la naturaleza. Esta vez pude estar en compañía de mi amiga y fue muy chévere, el día y el clima estuvo bastante a nuestro favor, conversamos mucho, disfrutamos de todo, tomamos fotos bonitas que pueden ver en este Post, y pues no quise desaprovechar la oportunidad para compartirles un poco del recorrido y mostrarles el lugar por si alguien nunca ha ido y le gustaría,jeje.

The park can be accessed in different ways, but in this case and one of my favorites for its ease, is to walk up Sabas Nieves (one of its many entrances). It is the best way to exercise and have a nice day either alone or in company, I have gone up several times alone and it is a total moment to disconnect from the world, the routine, and connect with oneself and with nature. This time I could be in the company of my friend and it was very cool, the day and the weather was quite in our favor, we talked a lot, we enjoyed everything, we took beautiful pictures that you can see in this Post, and I did not want to miss the opportunity to share with you a little of the tour and show you the place in case someone has never been there and would like to, hehe.

Así que nada gente bonita, espero hayan disfrutado de este pequeño Vlog, si fue así coméntenme que tal. De verdad luego de bajar de la montaña sentí que necesitaba demasiado respirar aire puro, y estar en contacto la naturaleza, calmó mucho mi mente y me siento de cierta forma recargada. Espero también poder explorar otras rutas antes de que acabe el año, porque El Ávila cuenta con mucha magia y rincones increíbles, que valen muchísimo la pena conocer... Really after coming down from the mountain I felt that I needed to breathe fresh air, and be in contact with nature, it calmed my mind a lot and I feel recharged in a way.
