    Mayormente nos enfocamos en ejercitar las partes de nuestro cuerpo que son visible y nos hace tener mejor silueta. Pero aquellos músculos que son menos decorosos en nuestro cuerpo o que no están tan a la vista los dejamos olvidados. Tal es caso de los músculos de los hombros que conforman el manguito rotador, y pensar que son tan importantes como cualquier otro músculo de nuestra estructura muscular.

    Hoy dedicaremos un poco de tiempo al manguito rotador, que está compuesto por los músculos que recubren las articulaciones de los hombros, fortalecer estos músculos es garantía de que podremos evitar las dolorosa lesiones que se dan a nivel de hombros que afectan a personas que ejercitan trabajos repetitivos o de fuerza, ejemplo de ellos los practicantes de disciplinas deportivas como levantamiento de pesas, tenis, voleibol, natación, entre otros. En el vídeo se detallan 8 ejercicios que contribuyen en el fortalecimiento y flexibilidad del manguito rotador y la forma de ejecutarlos correctamente. Recuerde siempre colocar música motivadora según el tipo de ejercicio que realizar.
