Me alegra saludarlos nuevamente queridos amigos. Aquí estoy con ustedes un día más y ya han pasado 20 días desde que inicié mi reto. Me he ejercitado todos los días desde que empecé excepto por el día de descanso que me doy cada 5 días y la mejoría ha sido notable en muchos sentidos. Me siento más enérgica, quizás yo misma no note mucho cuánto he bajado de peso porque no me pese al inicio, sin embargo si me han comentado que me veo diferente, pero como ya me han escuchado decir: "lo importante no es solamente verse bien, sino sentirse bien".

Hoy quiero compartir una rutina usando una Pesa Rusa improvisada. Para ello use una vieja batería cuyo peso es 2.3 kilogramos y un bolso de manos que ya no uso.

Mi opinión con respecto al uso de este tipo de pesas es que el peso tiene a ganarnos en el movimiento de balanceo y hay que darse el tiempo para aprender a controlarlo, pero precisamente de eso se trata, que nuestros músculos impriman la fuerza necesaria para ganarle al peso y así trabajar mucho más.
