Se trata más bien de gozar de una buena condición física en la tonicidad de los ligamentos y músculos para evitar lesiones graves mientras nos ejercitamos. Hoy propongo a través del vídeo una serie de ejercicios para ir trabajando la elasticidad muscular en la técnica de pilates. Podemos realizar estos ejercicios como rutina diaria o bien realizando 10 minutos previos al entrenamiento físico que elijamos realizar. Me despido hasta el próximo amigo.
