    Mis saludos para todos los amigos de Full deportes. El ejercitarnos todos los días es un verdadero reto. Hay días en los que no estamos con tantas ganas de hacerlo como otros, pero cuando hay un compromiso con nuestro bienestar y el de nuestra familia, tenemos el empuje suficiente para ponernos de pie, buscar la ropa deportiva y una buena música motivadora para emprender el viaje de tan solo 25 minutos que nos separa de nuestra meta del día.

There are days when we are not as eager to do it as others, but when there is a commitment to our well-being and that of our family, we have enough drive to stand up, look for sportswear and a good motivational music to undertake the journey of only 25 minutes that separates us from our goal of the day.

    Así me sentí hoy, pero tal es la satisfacción de haber cumplido un día más, que el bajón anímico que tuve ésta mañana quedó en el olvido. Lo importante es asumir el reto un día a la vez. Bueno mis amigos, les comparto mi rutina para trabajar el abdomen y las piernas. Está compuesta de 5 ejercicios algunos básicos muy conocidos y otros de mi creación. Para hacer una rutina que nos dé buenos resultados se recomienda realizar 3 series de al menos 15 repeticiones por cada ejercicio.
