    Feliz inicio de semana para todos los amigos de Hive Blog. Hoy les comparto uno sencilla rutina de ejercicios para fortalecer los brazos y espalda haciendo uso de una pesa rusa improvisada. Pero sacaremos aún más provecho a esta rutina ya que le realizaremos haciendo sentadillas y posición de sumo y esto nos permitirá trabajar de forma simultánea los músculos de las piernas y glúteos.

    Happy start of the week to all Hive Blog friends. Today I share with you a simple exercise routine to strengthen your arms and back using an improvised kettlebell. But we will get even more out of this routine since we will perform squats and sumo position and this will allow us to work simultaneously the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
