YOGA DESDE CASA (Yoga From Home) Practica #3; A post-covid regenerative class

Hello, Hive community!!

I want to share the newest video from the series "Yoga From Home." It is Practice #3: A post-covid regenerative class. It is meant for everybody but made with ❤️​ for those in the post-covid recovery phase.

In these complex times with this long-lasting pandemic, I want to offer this class to you with the best of intentions, but REMEMBER: ask your doctor about doing low-intensity physical activity =)

This session is a calm class. Please remember to take your time through each exercise. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me ;)

En esta ocasion les comparto este nuevo video de "Yoga Desde Casa" Practica #3 Una clase regenerativa post-covid, para todos,
y principalmente para aquellos que se encuentran en recuperacion, o quienes tengan familia o amigos en recuperacion.
Son momentos complicados con esta pandemia que ha durado bastante tiempo, sin embrago quiero ofrecerles esta clase con la mejor intension,
siempre y cuando su doctor les indique que pueden hacer actividad fisica de baja intensidad =).

Esta clase es muy tranquila, recuerden tomarse su tiempo para cada ejercicio y si tienen dudas, pueden preguntarme ;) .

Espero que la disfurten y que sea de mucho beneficio para todos ustedes!
