Who was patient one of Coronavirus who showed the symptoms on 19 October 2019?

Why the Chinese and later the Iranians and many others are accusing the USA of being behind spreading this virus? Was it originated from Chinese Wuhan or spread there by a US citizen?

Why so many coincidences in this case of this patient? Imagine if one single discrepancy was in the narrative of the Chinese or the Iranians who suffered most from this virus was there, what would the US and its propagandists response be?

I didn't do any extensive research, I'm just sharing this video on this platform to preserve it from YouTube, if these guys behind the YouTube channel didn't share it on decentralized platform they didn't taste the censorship of YT yet.
