El día de hoy vengo a participar en esta semana 135 (lucha contra la opresión) con un tema muy hermoso, el cual está tristemente cada día más vigente en mi país Venezuela, así como en la mayoría de países latinoamericanos. Esta canción describe de manera exquisita la realidad social que atraviesan nuestros países en la lucha contra la opresión.

Muchas veces creemos ser libres porque esa es parte de la propaganda que nos venden nuestros gobernantes. Techos de Cartón describe la realidad del Venezolano día a día, sobre todo de la clase obrera, la cual siempre ha vivido pisoteada por la mano explotadora de los grandes industriales.

I am pleased to be present with all of you this week, I take this opportunity to greet you and congratulate you, to form this beautiful community.
Today I come to participate in this week 135 (fight against oppression) with a very beautiful theme, which is sadly every day more in force in my country Venezuela, as well as in most Latin American countries. This song describes in an exquisite way the social reality that our countries are going through in the fight against oppression.
Many times we believe we are free because that is part of the propaganda that our rulers sell us. Techos de Cartón describes the day to day reality of Venezuelans, especially the working class, which has always lived trampled by the exploitative hand of the big industrialists.

Esta canción fue compuesta por el cantautor Venezolano Ali Primera, quien fue desde siempre un luchador social con grandes ideas y principios humanitarios. Ali primera el cantautor del pueblo como así lo llamaban escribió un sinfín de canciones en contra de la opresión y la desigualdad, hoy en día Ali forma parte de los venezolanos más ilustres, el pueblo de Venezuela le agradece tanto amor y todas sus canciones que forman parte de nuestra herencia cultural e ideológica.

El Presente tema que vengo a cantarles es un cover cuya adaptación recae sobre los hijos del Ilustre Ali Primera. Servando, Florentino, Sandino y Juan Simón primera. Quienes se han encargado de seguir parte del legado de su padre, así logrando inmortalizar al gran Ali para las futuras generaciones.

Es necesario señalar que no soy cantante profesional, sin embargo, me atreví a traerles este tema porque vale la pena oírlo y revivir la llama de nuestra eterna lucha contra la opresión.
