Slow but sure destruction of the university.

Lenta pero segura destrucción de la universidad.

Good morning all friends, I would like to tell you that I am happy to show you this video, but, the reality is that it is somewhat depressing to see how the deterioration of several buildings of my university prevents me to work again as in previous times.
Buenos días a todos amigos, quisiera decirles que estoy feliz de mostrarles este video, pero, la realidad es que es algo deprimente en ver como el deterioro de varios edificios de mi universidad impiden volver a trabajar como en tiempo anteriores.

The Universidad de Los Andes or also known as the ULA in the past was one of the best institutions for the training of professionals, but what is currently happening in my country does not allow things to go on as before, due to the economic crisis and the abandonment of national agencies different facilities of this and other universities have been victims of the deterioration and crime that is plaguing the country today. With the passing of time, due to different factors, some of the buildings went from being full of students and personnel on a daily basis to being visited only a few times.
La Universidad de Los Andes o también conocida como la ULA en antaño era una de las mejores instituciones para la formación de profesionales, pero, lo que sucede actualmente dentro de mi país no permite que las cosas transcurran como antes, debido a la crisis económica y del abandono de los organismos nacionales diferentes instalaciones de esta y otras universidades han sido victimas del deterioro y de la delincuencia que tanto esta azotando al país hoy en día. Con el pasar del tiempo debido a diferentes factores algunos de los edificios pasaron de verse llenos de estudiantes y personal a diario a ser visitados en pocas ocasiones.

The quarantine only made this more pronounced and as time went by, delinquency, lack of use and maintenance of the facilities and the same wear and tear due to abandonment transformed some of the buildings of our university into the scene of a post-apocalyptic story and I wanted to show you with this video how one of the buildings that had more life in the golden age of the university has deteriorated. The dining room of the ULA Táchira, once the nerve center of university life and now a reminder of how this country is slowly sinking into decadence.
La cuarentena no hizo mas que esto se volvería mas pronunciado y conforme el tiempo pasaba, la delincuencia, la falta de uso y mantenimiento de las instalaciones y el mismo desgaste por el abandono transformaron algunos de los edificios de nuestra universidad en el escenario de una historia postapocalíptica y quería enseñarles con este video el como se ha visto deteriorado uno de los edificios que mas vida tuvo en la época dorada de la universidad. El comedor de la ULA Táchira, antaño el centro neurálgico de la vida universitaria y actualmente un recordatorio mas del como este país se esta sumiendo lentamente en la decadencia.
