Este Jueves 22 de Septiembre del año 2022, la selección de Venezuela midió fuerzas ante Islandia en partido Amistoso Internacional a partir de las 12:00 del mediodía (hora venezolana), en el Estadio BSFZ-Arena, de Viena.
Asimismo, la Vinotinto salió con un 4-3-3, donde en reiteradas ocasiones vimos a un Josua Mejías lanzando balones por los costados y defendiendo con intensidad.
Aunque el partido fue aburrido desde la parte futbolística, Venezuela, siguió apretando a su rival por los costados y apretando la salida del portero rival, quien se equivoco durante el primer tiempo.
