Deportivo Táchira Fútbol Club se enfrento a:
- Club Independiente Petrolero, de Bolivia.
Mientras tanto, Caracas Fútbol Club, midió fuerzas frente a:
- Club The Strongest, de Bolivia.
Dos equipos Bolivianos, que en papel llegaban como fuertes y que complicaron un poco a los dos combinados criollos, quienes fueron pacientes y esperaron el momento indicado para marcar el gol.
