    Here is a short routine I practiced today with Pole. The part at 0:16 is an achievement. I had to rely so much on my arm strength, grip and core (and not on my shoulders) to be able to invert in a shoulder mount. The resisting the spin is also a challenge. The next goal is to do this mount without bending my knees. Bending my knees keeps my weight within my center and hence minimize the effort of lifting my lower body in to an inverted position.

    It took me 3 tries to record the whole combo but took 2 nights to bring all the tricks all together.
