    Finally! I could do three pull-ups on a spinning pole.

    March this year I told my self I want to be able to improve my pull-ups on a spinning pole. I can normally do 6 pull-ups (3 sets) on a static pole but it is a lot different in a spinnin pole. Besides arm strength, you have to engage your core and also swing with the momentum on the spinning pole. It actually took time for me to get it because my practice was intermittent. I start with static pole pull-ups, then proceed to spinning with a single pull-up, then two. I just slowly progress with my conditioning until today, without thinking too much about it, I made an attempt to insert in as an intro to my routine. I was really happy and surprised with what my body can do.
