Body Flow Series #17: My Three Years Progress
Ever wonder how much you can improve in pole in a span of three years? Here's mine. Ofcourse, anyone can do so much better than I do. One's progress can depend so much on how much time one spends time on training and the baseline strength and flexibility.
I have absolutely zero sports experience when I started pole. I couldnt even touch the floor without bending my knees - that's how tight my hamstrings were. They are still a problem now, but they have improved significantly from day 1.
I wish I could spend more time in training but I have a full time job and business to juggle. I am still very grateful though that I can train even when the studios are closed now during the pandemic.
