    Proteins:

The two most important principles for changing our body composition are:

    1. Calories.
    2. Consuming enough good quality protein.

A diet high in protein is beneficial because:
-We are water and protein: Proteins are indispensable to keep our mass free of fat.
-Muscle mass burns more calories than fat. That is why it is so important to maintain it.
-Of the 3 macronutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) is the one that keeps us fuller for longer.
    -Its thermal effect.

Of the calories contained in proteins between 20 and 30% are used in the process of digestion, abortion and processing of the same. This is known as increasing metabolism.

-Be sure to consume primarily smart protein sources. Those that are predominantly protein but are low in fat and therefore calories. These are my favorite sources: Tuna, Egg whites, Skinless chicken breast, Cottage cheese.

To achieve our personal transformation goals, the consumption of high quality (complete) proteins is fundamental. Proteins with all the amino acids, especially the essential ones, which are those that the body cannot manufacture and must receive from the food we eat. On the other hand, to stay within our calorie target we need protein sources to be low in fat, otherwise it will be very difficult to achieve the two objectives: -Consume the protein we need. Between 1.8 -2.2 grams / kg of weight. -To stay within our calorie budget. -To increase the volume of our muscle mass is essential to ingest between 2.6 -2.8grs / kg of weight. Hence the name, Intelligent Proteins
