Hola amigos y amigas de SWC y integrantes de Hive les comparto mi rutina de Pecho-Tríceps de nivel intermedio el descanso entre cada repetición son 10 segundos
y entre cada serie 30 segundos.
Recuerden que una buena alimentación con calidad nutricional te hará obtener los resultados que siempre has deseado.

ACTIVACIÓN MUSCULAR / MUSCLE ACTIVATION
🙋🏻♂️ Es fundamental realizar movimimentos articulares y estiramientos dinámicos antes de comenzar tu rutina de ejercicio.
🙋🏻♂️It is essential to perform joint movements and dynamic stretching before starting your exercise routine.
😅 Hay muchas variaciones y posiciones de realizar los fondos, en este caso yo recogí las piernas por el poco espacio de estirarlas ya que estaba muy cerca del piso.
😅 There are many variations and positions to perform the bottoms, in this case I picked up the legs because of the little space to stretch them since I was very close to the floor.
#2MUSCLE UP + fondos en paralelas / #2MUSCLE UP + PARELLEL BOTTOMS
[Muscle up] 2 SETS / 3 - 4 REPS
[Parellel bottoms] 2 SETS / 5 - 6 REPS
☝🏼Si aun no dominas muy bien el muscle up, te recomiendo que comiences esta rutina con esta combinación de ejercicios al principio (recuerda que la movilidad y estiramiento dinámico de tu muñecas es fundamental para realizar el muscle up como en barra fija como en paralelas).
☝🏼If you have not yet mastered the muscle up very well, I recommend that you start this routine with this combination of exercises at the beginning (remember that mobility and dynamic stretching of your wrists is essential to perform the muscle up as in fixed bar as in parallel).
