Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de swc, Soy angelosw y en el post de hoy vengo a traerles una nueva rutina con buenos ejercicios para espalda. Estos serán tan solo 5 ejercicios que les va a ayudar muchísimo para tener su espalda mas marcada, grande y fuerte. Bueno amigos espero que disfruten mucho de este post, sin más que decir Comencemos.
Hello how are my dear friends of swc, I'm angelosw and in today's post I come to bring you a new routine with good back exercises. These will be only 5 exercises that will help you a lot to have your back more marked, big and strong. Well friends I hope you enjoy this post, without more to say let's start.
DOMINADAS. 8 A 10 REPS/2 A 4 SERIES.
PULL-UPS. 8 TO 10 REPS/2 TO 4 SETS.
DOMINADAS CERRADAS. 8 A 10 REPS/2 A 4 SERIES.
CLOSED PULL-UPS. 8 TO 10 REPS/2 TO 4 SETS.
DOMINADAS ABIERTAS. 8 A 10 REPS/2 A 4 SERIES.
OPEN PULLDOWNS. 8 TO 10 REPS/2 TO 4 SETS.
DOMINADAS AUSTRALIANAS. 8 A 10 REPS/2 A 4 SERIES.
AUSTRALIAN PULL-UPS. 8 TO 10 REPS/2 TO 4 SETS.
DOMINADAS SUPINAS. 8 A 10 REPS/2 A 4 SERIES.
SUPINE PULL-UPS. 8 TO 10 REPS/2 TO 4 SETS.
Bueno amigos este fue el post del día, espero que les haya gustado muchísimo. Como pudieron ver fueron tan solo 5 ejercicios los cuales les va a ayudar mucho a la hora de tener más marcado, grande y fuerte su espalda. En un próximo post les traere otro top de ejercicios un poco más avanzado de espalda que les ayudará muchísimo. Estos ejercicios yo los realizaba cuando estaba comenzando a entrenar, y la verdad que me ayudaron muchísimo, se los coloque de la forma que yo solía entrenar mi espalda. Well friends this was the post of the day, I hope you liked it a lot. As you could see there were only 5 exercises which will help you a lot when it comes to having a bigger and stronger back. In a next post I will bring you another top of exercises a little more advanced back exercises that will help you a lot. I used to do these exercises when I was starting to train, and the truth is that they helped me a lot, I put them the way I used to train my back.
