Sólo serán 6 ejercicios que la verdad son buenísimos para mejorar en nuestra fuerza, resistencia y aspectos de nuestros abdominales. Ya que estos ejercicios son muy buenos para tener un mejor desarrollo muy bueno en los músculos antes mencionados, y por manera en que están estructurados más les ayudarán.💪📈🔥
