Sólo serán 5 ejercicios que la verdad son muy buenos para nuestros abdominales,los cuales les ayudará muchísimo para una buena mejoría en su fuerza y resistencia en los abs. Y también nos estaremos enfocando en algunas partes de nuestros abdominales que aveces entrenamos con poca frecuencia, pero con estos ejercicios les ayudará muchísimo a tenerlos super fuertes.💪🔥📈

There will only be 5 exercises that are really very good for our abs, which will help you a lot for a good improvement in strength and endurance in the abs.
