    Que experiencia en tenido yo con la palanca frontal este ejercicio se me a echo muy complicado cada ves que progresaba bastante llegando a una punto que este ejercicio o truco que cada ves que entrenaba lo progresaba también me lesionaba cuando comiese a entrenar palanca frontal es recomendable que lo entrenen 2 o 3 veces alas semana por que este truco o ejercicio es muy lesivo .
