Hive y compañeros de Street Workout Community, en este post les estaré compartiendo cuatro ejercicios brutales mayormente para los atletas de Street Workout la cual son para mejorar postura, fuerzas en los hombros y resistencia, la resistencia solo si lo deseamos hacer los 4 ejercicios seguidos les estaré dejando en el vídeo cuales son los ejercicios, si hay alguna duda se las puedo aclarar por los comentarios espero les guste y les motive a todos nuestros amigos y amigas de hive y quieran entrenar este deporte.Hive and fellow Street Workout Community, in this post I will be sharing four brutal exercises mostly for Street Workout athletes which are to improve posture, shoulder strength and resistance, resistance only if we want to do the 4 exercises in a row I will be leaving you in the video which are the exercises, if there are any questions I can clarify them through the comments I hope you like it and it motivates all our friends from hive and want to train this sport.

En mi experiencia los primeros meses fueron difíciles ya que uno inicia sin una base, sin una repetición y como a todos que no tenemos la fuerza suficiente o no haya prácticado algún deporte anteriormente en ese caso iniciamos desde cero, las primeras semanas son para obtener la fuerza para poder ejecutar los ejercicios para la plancha.
In my experience the first months were difficult because one starts without a base, without a repetition and as everyone who does not have enough strength or has not practiced any sport before in that case we start from scratch, the first weeks are to obtain the strength to be able to perform the exercises for the plank.
