Un saludos amigos y amigas de Street Workout Community, soy Alexander Oliveros @alexandersw020 y en este post les estaré mostrando la elaboración de nuevas barras en nuestro viejo parque para así dar mas motivación a jóvenes que están dudando a comenzar en este bello y hermoso deporte los que llevamos acabo la construcción de estas hermosas barras nuestros compañeros y amigos de entrenamientos, Hivers @jisus-swyc, @alvis-sw, @manuelcancine.

Para comenzar con la Elaboración de estas hermosas barras ya soldadas y bien fuertes llevamos acabo un fuerte trabajo el cual cavamos 2 hoyos de 1.22Mts ya que el terreno estaba húmedo por fuertes lluvias de días anteriores no pudimos usar cemento ya que anteriormente habíamos usado cemento y no dio ningún resultado tomamos medidas e realizamos de nuevo el trabajo sacando la barra y cavando mas profundo, recolectamos suficiente piedras para fijar la barra con piedras y barro ocupando capas tras capas de piedras con barro golpeando y aplastando para quedar cada vez mas fijas. En las barras paralelas cavamos 4 hoyos de 0.70cm e igual la fijamos con piedra y barro aplastándola y golpeándola cada vez mas fuerte para que quedara bien fijada inmóvil

To begin with the elaboration of these beautiful bars already welded and very strong we dug 2 holes of 1.22Mts since the ground was wet by heavy rains of previous days we could not use cement as we had previously used cement and did not give any result we took measurements and we did the work again taking out the bar and digging deeper, we collected enough stones to fix the bar with stones and mud taking layers after layers of stones with mud hitting and crushing to be more and more fixed. In the parallel bars we dug 4 holes of 0.70cm and the same we fixed it with stone and mud crushing it and hitting it harder and harder so that it was well fixed immobile.

Para finalizar de fijar las barras fija y paralelas las cubrimos con el barro y la aplastamos con una herramienta fue turno tras turno ya que era una sola que teníamos y así dejábamos la tierra plana y bien firme.

To finish fixing the fixed and parallel bars we covered them with mud and crushed them with a tool. It was turn after turn since there was only one tool we had and this way we left the ground flat and firm.
