Swing 360

Uno de los movimientos dinámicos basicos mas reconocidos es el swing 360 ya que es el dinámico mas usado en competiciones y fácil de sacar es una combinación de un poco de impulso, un de fuerza en los hombros para jalar hacia un lado, girar la cara y piernas, de ultimo buscar la barra para así completar el swing 360.

One of the most recognized basic dynamic movements is the swing 360 as it is the most used dynamic in competitions and easy to perform. Primer paso	First step

El swing o mejor dicho el impulso debemos tener en cuenta que al lanzar el impulso tenemos que tener el cuerpo recto, codos rectos y no estar rígidos para tener un buen balanceo y tener buena altura al momento de girar, .

Segundo paso	Second step

El control de hombro ya que es muy necesario para cuando vengamos de regreso del impulso o del swing nos ayude a tener buen impulso y no ayudara a girar al jalarnos hacia un lado

Tercer paso	Step three

El giro en las piernas, brazos y cara ya que en este casi tendremos que acostumbrarnos poco a poco hasta sentirnos seguro para buscar la barra al dominar esos 3 giros podremos proceder al 4to paso.

Cuarto paso	Fourth step

El paso mas importante después de haber completado los pasos anterior es buscar la barra girando la cara, piernas y brazos ya que es lo que nos ayudara a estar al frente de la barra con nada mas que estirar los brazos y agarrarnos.
