Mi Amigo el Roble ,una Experiencia de Conexión y Consciencia Ambiental//My Friend The Oak Tree,

Saludos Querida Comunidad!!!

Hoy quiero hablarles de un roble de la comunidad, de hecho creo que es el único de la zona. Es muy bonito, tiene unos 45 años, según los lugareños.

Está ubicado al final de uno de los sectores de mi comunidad y cerca de un campo donde los niños del lugar practican fútbol.

Mis compañeros de Yoga, especialmente una de mis compañeras, que vive muy cerca de él, nos pidió que la ayudáramos a dar amor y atención a este hermoso árbol. Así que empezamos por limpiar la zona que rodea al árbol.

Se eliminó gran parte de la maleza que lo rodeaba, el árbol está situado en una especie de llanura y pensamos que sería el lugar ideal para nuestras prácticas de yoga.

Al día siguiente no dudamos en hacer nuestras asanas y la experiencia fue realmente maravillosa. El aire circula maravillosamente y pudimos disfrutar de su sombra y su oxígeno.

Nuestra próxima tarea como grupo es ayudar al árbol a eliminar la plaga que le está afectando. Esa será nuestra próxima tarea inmediata para que pueda estar bien.

Por eso he traído a los niños para que lo visiten y lo apoyen con su energía y cariño.

Les encantó la idea e hicimos una actividad para honrar y apoyar a este árbol y a los de la zona.

Un carpintero vecino me dio las tablas y entre todos trajimos pinturas para hacer carteles para poner en los árboles.

Les dije que pensaran en sus propios mensajes y se les ocurrieron mensajes como: "Árbol eres maravilloso, eres mi inspiración", "Eres increíble", "Te queremos", "Cuidemos el medio ambiente". "Recicla".

Y así concluimos esta maravillosa experiencia de conexión y conciencia ambiental que disfrutamos mucho y nos llenó de satisfacción.

Today I want to tell you about an oak tree in the community, in fact I think it is the only one in the area. It is very beautiful, it is about 45 years old, according to the locals.

It is located at the end of one of the sectors of my community and near a field where the local children practice soccer.

My Yoga classmates, especially one of my classmates, who lives very close to it, asked us to help her to give love and attention to this beautiful tree. So we started by cleaning the area around the tree.

Much of the surrounding undergrowth was removed, the tree is situated in a kind of plain and we thought it would be the ideal place for our yoga practices.

The next day we did not hesitate to do our asanas and the experience was really wonderful.

The air circulates beautifully and we were able to enjoy its shade and oxygen.

Our next task as a group is to help the tree to eliminate the pest that is affecting it. That will be our next immediate task so that it can be well.

That is why I brought the children to visit it and support it with their energy and affection.

A neighboring carpenter gave me the boards and between all of us we brought paints to make signs to put on the trees.

I told them to think of their own messages and they came up with messages like: "Tree you are wonderful, you are my inspiration", "You are amazing", "We love you", "Let's take care of the environment". "Recycle".

And so we concluded this wonderful experience of connection and environmental awareness which we enjoyed very much and filled us with satisfaction.
