Testing Out the New Notch on my Custom Flute

The more I played around with this flute, the less I liked my initial placement of the notch. Because the flute is curved, it tends to want to rotate in favor of curving downward. Unfortunately, placing the notch on the top center with the flute curved in its preferred resting place means having the notch centered directly on the joint where the two halves were mated up. Still, since things werent really going that great anyway, I decided to patch up the original notch and try making a new one. This is the first test of the new notch.
