    Hace días le comenté a una de mis asesoradas sobre la intensidad al entrenar, porque ella me comentaba que al ver mis videos se sentía mal porque veía que eran muy intensos y yo como siempre le dije lo que siempre recomiendo, no tienes que hacerlo a mi ritmo, no funciona asi, la idea es que tu vayas a tu Ritmo, pero ese ritmo tuyi debe ser al máximo no al 50% cada persona tiene un nivel diferente, yo también me canso, pero no por eso dejo de entrenar, yo freno cuando termina mi rutina, no cuando me canso y me canso mucho, no me creyó y decidí grabar el video para que lo viera y mostrarle que todos somos rápidos en una rutina grabada desde el inicio, pero eso cambia cuando ya vas por la cuarta o quinta rutina, por eso decidí grabarlo y si tu te sientes igual mira como cualquiera puede cansarse, así que no te dejes intimidar, a darle con todo 👊💪🔥
