    Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad @fulldeportes empezando el fin de semana con las pilas super puestas, paso por acá para compartirles una rutina genial, simple pero intensa👊 si hay algo que he aprendido en mis años entrenando es que la clave siempre va a estar definida por lo practica y efectiva a la hora de aplicar está nuestra rutina, por eso decidí grabarles esta rutina que parece fácil, pero no lo es, una cosa es simple, que cualquiera podría hacerla, otra diferente es que sea fácil 😃 así que vamos con las pilas bien puestas con esta rutina de solo 2 ejercicios 💪🔥

    Hello friends of this great community @fulldeportes starting the weekend with the batteries super put on, I come here to share with you a great routine, simple but intense👊 if there is something I have learned in my years training is that the key will always be defined by how practical and effective when applying is our routine, that's why I decided to record this routine that seems easy, but it is not, one thing is simple, that anyone could do it, a different thing is that it is easy 😃 so let's go with the batteries well placed with this routine of only 2 exercises 💪🔥


    Son solo tres ejercicios que vamos a realizar y el Reto estará en las repeticiones, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Repeticiones de Sentadillas y Push - ups 🔥💪 Luego vamos en retroseso 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 y Fin, al final son 100 Sentadillas y 100 Push - ups, sólo que jugamos con la fatiga muscular, por eso solo tomate entre 20 y 30 segundos de descanso cuando lo amerites, tal vez te tocará descansar al llegar a la repetición 9 o 10, hazlo y al finalizar tocan 1000 saltos y tienes 2 opciones, con cuerda o sin ella, dale con todo para hacer un gran entrenamiento y sacarle provecho😁💪

    MODO BÁSICO es para cualquier persona, son 2 ejercicios muy básicos a realizar, ni es por tiempo y tampoco sob super repeticiones, pero puedes entrar a un ritmo genial si logras hacerlo, luego de terminar todas las repeticiones en pirámide vienen 1000 saltos 🤯 parece que son eternos, pero si haces 10 Rondas de 100 Saltos ya habrás terminado, no pienses en los 1000, ve paso a paso, si no tienes una cuerda, haz saltos de tijera y así completas este entrenamiento🔥💪

    BASIC MODE is for anyone, they are 2 very basic exercises to perform, neither is by time and neither sob super reps, but you can get into a great rhythm if you manage to do it, after finishing all the pyramid reps come 1000 jumps 🤯 it seems like they are eternal, but if you do 10 Rounds of 100 Jumps you will be done, do not think about the 1000, go step by step, if you do not have a rope, do jumping jacks and thus complete this workout🔥💪.


    MODO AVANZADO 😎 aquí vamos 1 paso más en cuanto a intensidad se trata, porque haremos Sentadillas con Saltos 💪🔥 rompiendo bien el paralelo y empujando con fuerza con el peso corporal y push- ups explosivas y como lo dice el nombre debe ser explosiva 🔥 siempre codos atrás y expulsarte, cuidado con las muñecas, siempre debajo de tus hombros para sostener el peso correctamente🔥 y luego de terminar todo, toma tu cuerda para saltar y 10 Rondas de 100 saltos de cuerda y si quieres más intensidad, haz 5 Rondas de 50 Double under y ahí tu cuerpo entrará en llamas 💪🔥 asi que vamos con todo mi gente, no hay excusas tienes 2 opciones, tu decides 😃

    ADVANCED MODE 😎 here we go 1 step further as far as intensity is concerned, because we will do Squats with Jumps 💪🔥 breaking the parallel well and pushing hard with body weight and explosive push ups and as the name says it must be explosive 🔥 always elbows back and push yourself out, watch your wrists, always under your shoulders to hold the weight correctly🔥 and after finishing everything, take your jump rope and 10 Rounds of 100 jump rope and if you want more intensity, do 5 Rounds of 50 Double under and there your body will go into flames 💪🔥 so go all out my people, no excuses you have 2 options, you decide 😃.
