    Como están amigos? Espero que mejor que ayer, porque hoy les tengo una rutina no apta para principiantes, para trabajar en formato AMRAP de Crossfit con nuestro peso corporal, para quienes no saben las siglas AMRAP significa en ingles (as many reps as possible) que significa hacer todas las repeticiones posibles, para eso hemos determinado trabajar con 30 minutos esta rutina, si haces 2 Rondas a tu ritmo, ese es tu nivel hoy, no tiene porque ser el mismo en 5 meses, de eso se trata progresar constantemente, les explico cada movimiento😃💪

    👊 10 PUSH-UPS Arqueros 🔥 Un movimiento que he venido practicando hace rato ya, es brutal porque trabajas el control de tu peso corporal, adicional a eso fortaleces los hombros, el pecho y sobretodo tu resistencia en cada brazo ya que la inclinación en cada lado lleva tu peso en carga mayor a un brazo antes de alternar

    🔥 10 Push-Ups Diamante, en esta ocasión haremos estas flexiones llevando las manos en el punto de conexión entre el abdomen y el pecho, poniendo las manos en forma de diamante y los codos siempre atrás, este movimiento te exige un extra en el pecho, así que ponle tu mayor esfuerzo por realizar estas 10 repeticiones

    👊 10 Jumps Lunges para completar la primera ronda de estos 40 movimientos, recuerda que siempre en estos entrenamientos, ni es un tema de rapidez, sino de progreso constante sobre tu trabajo anterior, al terminar estas 10 repeticiones ya sabes que cada amrap son 40 repeticiones, es decir que si haces 5 amraps, has hecho en total 200 movimientos en 30 minutos, lo cuál es brutal, así es como debes contar los movimientos, al sonar tu alarma de 30 minutos, cuentas cada amrap como 40 y le sumas lo que hagas y estamos listos para completar otra rutina brutal para el cuerpo completo💪🔥
