    Si quieres fortalecer tus piernas, te dejaré unos consejos que te pueden ayudar, adicional a eso con esta rutina siguiendo este protocolo llamado AMRAP para trabajar 30 minutos puedes hacerlo en casa a tu ritmo y siempre dar tu mayor esfuerzo dentro de tu nivel físico claro 🔥y te dejo un ejercicio para que practiques ya sea con una silla apoyada en la pared o usando el escalón de una grada 💪

    Con el Amrap que te dejo aca tienes que realizar solo 10 repeticiones de cada ejercicio, son 4 ejercicios para tu tren inferior y sólo tienes que seguir el tiempo hasta realizar todas las rondas que puedas en 30 minutos y listo, ahí puedes medir tu rendimiento en cada ejercicio💪
