    Hola mis amigos de @fulldeportes, arrancando la semana con un lunes lluvioso, pero sin excusas para dar el 100% en cada entrenamiento, así que vamos hoy con un super rutina que les comparto para trabajar todo el cuerpo, con una combinación de ejercicios extraordinaria que me han ayudado a avanzar mucho más en mi rendimiento físico, ha sido una rutina desafiante pero de esas donde terminas con el cuerpo super sudado, la lengua 😝 afuera del cansancio pero satisfecho por haber hecho lo que te tocaba hacer 💪🔥

    Te dejo una combinación de repeticiones y de ejercicios donde trabajaras todo el cuerpo, una de las claves en toda rutina aunque no lo creas es, la cantidad de tiempo que descansas, no te puedes exceder y tampoco puedes estar descansando poco, sino lo suficiente, por ejemplo al terminar cada ronda tomate 1 minuto completo para descansar y volver a comenzar tu nueva ronda de esta rutina, ahora con un poco más de intensidad 😏

    I leave you a combination of repetitions and exercises where you will work the whole body, one of the keys in any routine believe it or not is, the amount of time you rest, you can not exceed and you can not be resting little, but enough, for example at the end of each round take 1 full minute to rest and start your new round of this routine, now with a little more intensity 😏.


    Que pasa si apenas comienzas con los ejercicios? Puedes realizar unas 2 o 3 rondas, descansando 1 minuto o 90 segundos entre rondas, para recuperarte y regresar a ponerle ganas a la ronda siguiente y si ya tienes tiempo entrenando, ponte una meta alta de hacer unas 4 a 5 rondas, con 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ronda y veras como trabajarás cada musculo de forma eficiente y eficaz con esta combinación, espero te guste esta rutina a darle con todo al 100% 💪🔥
