    Hoy les quiero compartir una información de gran valor para todos los que entrenan o aquellos que estar por iniciar en este mundo de ejercitar su cuerpo, una de las cosas que siempre veo común en aquellos que entrenan y no ven resultados, pasan dd un estilo a otro, una vez es cardio, otra es pesas, después funcionales, pero no son constantes con nada porque están buscando uma formula mágica y la pregunta que les hago siempre es esta, Para que entrenas? 🤔 y las respuestas son; para adelgazar, para ponerme en forma, etc.

    Tienes que tener bien claro para que estas entrenando😃 y no, no es tan obvio, ya que muchos creen que el tema es verse super fit en 2 semanas, lo cuál es obvio que no va a pasar, la cosa está en que debes entender de una vez, que el Dolor NO es tu enemigo a la hora de mejorar, por eso debes cambiar tu chip mental, tienes que subir tu tolerancia al dolor y me refiero a un dolor normal, no una lesión o un golpe, la mente siempre juega sucio por eso haz tu entrenamiento así tengas los dolores normales del entrenamiento anterior, vamos que si se puede, es Disciplina, no Moda.
