    Hola amigos espero que estén muy bien, hoy les quiero compartir una rutina realmente desafiante, sin importar si estas apenas iniciando con los ejercicios o si ya tienes experiencia entrenando, puesto que es un formato HIIT es decir un entrenamiento de alta intensidad, adaptado a los principiantes o a aquellos que estan más avanzados 💪🔥
    Hi friends I hope you are doing great, today I want to share with you a really challenging routine, no matter if you are just starting with the exercises or if you already have experience training, since it is a HIIT format that is a high intensity workout, adapted to beginners or to those who are more advanced 💪🔥.

    Si estás comenzando con este tipo de entrenamientos, te recomiendo hacer el formato de 20-10 es decir, 20 segundos en ejercicio y 10 segundos para descansar y asi completar los 5 ejercicios, te tomas 1 minuto para descansar y haces 2 Rondas más para completar con 3 rondas del entrenamiento de forma intensa👊
    If you are starting with this type of workouts, I recommend you to do the 20-10 format, that is, 20 seconds in exercise and 10 seconds to rest to complete the 5 exercises, take 1 minute to rest and do 2 more rounds to complete 3 rounds of the workout in an intense way. 👊

    Para los más avanzados el formato es más intenso ya que haremos 40 segundos de ejercicio y 20 segundos de descanso, la clave de todos estos entrenamientos es que sean intensos por un corto período de tiempo, ya que esto hará que tu resistencia y velocidad mejore, por eso es importante estar bien alerta para el siguiente ejercicio y en esta ocasión, descansa 1 minuto y retomas hasta completar 4 rondas, esto es super exigente👊😁
