Con la técnica correcta? Con gusto se los dejaré si desean, por hoy les dejaré una de mis rutinas favoritas Full Body 💪🔥 la cuál con 3 ejercicios pueden trabajar el cuerpo completo unas 2 Veces por semana si gustan o 3 veces al mes

    Lo primero que haremos son los Burpees🔥 mis favoritos, mucha gente los odia, pero no tienes porque odiarlos, si supieran lo extraordinario que es este movimiento, lo verían de otra manera, al hacer este ejercicio trabajamos todo el cuerpo, por eso iniciamos con el, unas 10 repeticiones 🔥

    Pasamos rápido con 10 Push-Ups 🔥💪 para hacer más fuerza en el tren superior, sin perder la intensidad, así que respeta la técnica, codos atrás y a darle con todo el empuje para extender los brazos y hacer 10 repeticiones

    Completamos la ronda con 10 Air Squats, donde le agregamos un salto a las sentadillas para hacerlas más explosivas, tu peso debe estar distribuido en todo el pie, jamás levantar el talón y te impulsas sin saltar tan alto, pero dandole potencia al movimientos💪🔥 una vez que termines la primera ronda, lleva el tiempo y descansa 1 minuto para iniciar de nuevo hasta completar 5 rondas completas, tu cuerpo lo agradecerá, tu mente gritará que no lo hagas más nunca😂 NO la escuches, ve por todo y paga el precio de la disciplina
