    Comenzando el fin de semana mis amigos y no paramos, seguimos entrenando, dandole con todo y por eso les dejo una excelente rutina, exigente al máximo pero no se preocupen que les dejé una versión para principiantes y otra para avanzados, la cuál pueden realizar sin ningun tipo de implementos, solo es poner tu música favorita que les recarga de energías, sin pensarlo mucho y arrancar al 100%🔥💪 así que espero que pueda ser de gran ayuda para sus rutinas en casa, les dejaré unas recomendaciones para los que realizarán algunos de los ejercicios por primera vez

    Lo principal que puedo recomendar para quienes deciden hacer movimientos nuevos, es practicar, no queda de otra, si logras practicar tus movimientos para dominarlos y que no te dominen ellos a ti, vas por buen camino, creanme todo es mental, pero no solo mental, sino llevarlo del pensamiento al cuerpo, ya que si logras hacer eso, veras que podrás realizar hasta los movimientos que aparentemente son complicados hasta que los dominas, por eso tomate el tiempo de observar correctamente la postura, el movimiento completo y la técnica, después de eso viene logicamente la practica hasta dominarlo🔥💪

    The main thing I can recommend for those who decide to do new movements, is to practice, there is no other way, if you manage to practice your movements to master them and that they do not dominate you, you are on the right track, believe me everything is mental, but not only mental, but to take it from thought to the body, because if you manage to do that, you will see that you will be able to perform even the movements that apparently are complicated until you master them, so take the time to observe correctly the posture, the complete movement and technique, after that logically comes the practice until you master it🔥💪.


    En mi caso les puedo contar que el Burpee me parecía un movimiento casi imposible, yo decía que eran demasiados movimientos en uno solo y me enredaba, pero cuando me obligaron a practicar una y otra vez y otra vez, me di cuenta de que el obstcáculo era mental y no físico, nada es perfecto a la primera, de hecho seguro cometerán muchos errores, pero de ahí aprenderás poco a poco a cometer menos errores y tu seguridad, tu actitud y tu condición física cada ve será mejor y eso es lo que cuenta, tener un metabolismo activo, moverse constantemente es clave para una salud optima, lo tenemos a la vista, deportistas que se han retirado de su disciplina pero continúan entrenando y se ven más saludables y más jovenes, en comparación a los que se descuidan al retirarse con sobrepeso y enfermedades, por eso piensen en su salud a largo plazo, es mas facil dominar un ejercicio que enfermedades💪🔥
