Hola mis amigos, hoy les vengo a compartir una rutina como le llamo yo Matadora 馃槀馃拃馃敟馃憡 son 10 Emom, para quienes no saben les explico, tienes 1 minuto corriendo para hacer x N掳 de ejercicios, tienes que terminar en menos del minuto y digamos que tardaste unos 35 segundos, tienes 15 segundos para tomarte un descanso y empezar el siguiente emom, sin trampas, hasta cumplir los 10 minutos entrenando, esto har谩 que tengas un entrenamiento intenso y r谩pido, pero sobretodo eficaz 馃榿 que es lo que realmente esperamos de un entrenamiento

En estos ejercicios hay pocas repeticiones, porque la clave no es hacerlo r谩pido y mal, sino correctamente y de forma intensa para acelerar las pulsaciones, adicional a eso jugar con los tiempos de descanso, para que la fatiga te saque de tu zona de confort y si quieres mejorar tu composici贸n corporal, perder peso, ganar musculo, creeme que no lo vas a lograr si los ejercicios los haces sin problemas y peor a煤n, si no te das cuenta o sientes que parece que no vas a terminar nunca, porque es un juego mental tambi茅n 馃槒

Para terminar una recomendaci贸n, jam谩s subestimes un EMOM, sin importar si son 5 minutos, creeme que est谩n dise帽ador para elevar el nivel de exigencia de cualquier persona y muchas veces parecer谩 imposible, porque de eso se trata, si es muy f谩cil no habr铆a truco en esto, la clave es que los tiempos de descanso y ejercicios vayan siendo menores porque tu fatiga muscular va pasando su factura y esa factura es la que te trae los mejores resultados y cuando veas como has progresado ver谩s que vali贸 la pena hacerlo y sacarte el jugo para dar lo mejor de ti, nada menos del 100% 馃挭馃敟
