    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de semaa para todos, espero que todos estén muy bien, acá en mi ciudad empezaron las lluvias, con lo cual estoy entrenando en casa nuevamente, pero este domingo me fuí al polideportivo a hacer mis Burpees y una rutina bajo el sol, que puede hacer cualquier persona, sin embargo en el nivel que decidas hacerlo, va a tener su exigencia al 100%

    Comenzamos esta Rutina con mis amados BURPEES, tienes 3 niveles para hacerlos, no importa si eres sedentario o un atleta cada nivel está para que puedas hacer esas 5 Repeticiones💪😁

    We start this Routine with my beloved BURPEES, you have 3 levels to do them, no matter if you are sedentary or an athlete each level is there for you to do those 5 Repetitions💪😁.

    Luego pasamos a hacer 10 Repeticiones de Flexiones y de la misma forma, tienes 3 opciones para hacer, esta rutina es anti excusas, recuerda siempre los codos van hacia atrás 👊

    Then we move on to do 10 Repetitions of Pushups and in the same way, you have 3 options to do, this routine is anti excuses, remember always elbows go backwards 👊.

    Ahora vamos a la zona media con Mountain Climbers, para fortalecer tanto el Core como los hombros, cuando decidas hacerlo, haz una leve Joroba para apretar el abdomen mientras lo haces, no es una tortura, pero levemente para ser sostenible

    Y para completar la ronda hacemos 20 Saltos y si no tienes cuerda, hazlo con saltos de tijeras, a tu ritmo y luego que termines, descansa 1 minuto de descanso para hacer en total 4 Rondas
