PINTANDO UNA PRENDA DE VESTIR CON PINTURA ACRÍLICA (Texto Esp - Eng)

Un placer saludarles nuevamente mis estimados amigos, en esta oportunidad les traigo un video en donde les muestro todo el proceso creativo para intervenir (pintar) una prenda de vestir, en este caso una franela (playera).

El tema utilizado para pintar la franela fue el personaje de la Saga de la Guerra de las Galaxias, el señor DARTH VADER, quién amablemente se prestó para ser pintado muy a mi estilo de pintar 😀, esto quiere decir que el trabajo aquí presentado es un Fan Art y se da por entendido que mi persona no es el creador del personaje, solo estoy pintando el personaje a mi estilo sobre una prenda de vestir.

A pleasure to greet you again my dear friends, this time I bring you a video where I show you the entire creative process to intervene (paint) a garment, in this case a flannel (shirt).

The theme used to paint the shirt was the character from the Star Wars Saga, Mr. DARTH VADER, who kindly wanted to be painted in my style of painting 😀, this means that the work presented here is a Fan Art and it is understood that I am not the creator of the character, I am just painting the character in my style on a piece of clothing.

Trataré de hablarles un poco del video sin revelar nada y no hacer spoiler:

Podrán ver en el video el paso a paso del proceso, desde el boceto inicial hecho en un hoja de papel Bond de reciclaje, pasando por la transferencia a la prenda de vestir hasta la última pincelada cuando estoy firmando la playera.

I will try to tell you a little about the video without revealing anything and not spoiling:
You can see in the video the step by step of the process, from the initial sketch made on a sheet of recycled Bond paper, through the transfer to the shirt until the last brushstroke when I am signing the shirt.

Vamos a ver algunas fotos donde les muestro parte del proceso creativo:

• Haciendo un delineado en la hoja del boceto, utilicé un marcador (plumón) de tinta indeleble marca Sharpie, que espero me patrocinen en el futuro jajaja.

Let's see some photos where I show you part of the creative process:

• Making an outline on the sketch sheet, I used a Sharpie indelible ink marker, which I hope will be sponsored in the future hahaha.

• Siempre en los bocetos, aún cuando sean bocetos rápidos, les hago sombras rápidas para imaginar como sería el resultado final de lo que estoy haciendo en ese momento, esto a mí me ayuda mucho.

• Always in the sketches, even when they are quick sketches, I make quick shadows to imagine what the final result of what I am doing at that moment would be like, this helps me a lot.

• Hace mucho tiempo hice algunas cosas en franelas, pero nada como esto, hacer esta intervención en la prenda fue un reto, estos días he estado saliendo de mi zona de confor en varias oportunidades. Aquí en esta foto ya había hecho nuevamente el dibujo en la playera blanca, se puede apreciar un poco ambas versiones.

• A long time ago I did some things in t-shirts, but nothing like this, doing this intervention in clothing was a challenge, these days I have been leaving my comfort zone on several occasions. Here in this photo I had already done the drawing again on the white shirt, you can see both versions a little.

• Las primeras pincelas las hice con algo de temor, no lo digo en el video pero así fue, tenía algo de temor de dañar la franela y no poder remediar el daño, pero les digo algo: el secreto del éxito está en atreverse, en estar dispuesto a aquivocarse, y si te equivocas no importa, vuelves a comenzar hasta que lo logres. Estas palabras las escuchaba en mi cabeza cuando hice las primeras pinceladas y creo que al final todo resultó bien.

• I did the first brush strokes with a bit of fear, I don't say it in the video but that's how it was, I was a bit afraid of damaging the shirt and not being able to remedy the damage, but I'll tell you something: the secret of success is to dare, to be willing to make a mistake, and if you make a mistake it doesn't matter, you start over until you make it. I heard these words in my head when I made the first brushstrokes and I think that in the end everything turned out well.

Los invito amigos amantes del dibujo, las ilustraciones y el arte en general a ver el video y disfrutar de lo que allí les presento, para aquellos que me han preguntado nuevamente como estoy grabando los videos les dejo aquí a la derecha de sus pantallas como he estado grabando últimamente.

Estuve inventado varias cosas para grabar y al final compré este pequeño equipo que consta de un trípode con aro de luz y un brazo extensor. Si tu has logrado grabar de esta manera sin tener que comprar nada me gustaría ver como lo haces, sería muy interesante aprender como lo hiciste.

I was inventing several things to record and in the end I bought this little kit that consists of a tripod with a light ring and an extension arm. A parte de este video también hice otros videos mas cortos mientras iba trabajando en la franela, y los subí en mis otras redes sociales, son videos cortos a manera de inspiración para invitarlos a que se atrevan a hacer arte 🙂
