To start this #newyear I want to share the #routine that I'm running with you friends of #hive, and the #fulldeportes community, I really focus on the #exercise that we perform are as isolated as possible to allow us to perform other #routines without hindering the processes of physical tissue repair, which is one of the most important parts when planning the correct evolution of our body and that these movements have a positive impact on our #life and maintain a #healthy #lifestyle without collateral damage to our #body.

To begin the exercise we must have two separate benches, it can be two chairs facing each other. We stand with our backs to a bench and on the edge of it we rest the palms of our hands separated slightly beyond the width of our shoulders, with the fingers facing our body.
On the other bench we rest our feet. From there we must bend our elbows at the same time that we breathe in and the body descends while the arms are bent to form a 90 degree angle.

We return to the starting position without fully extending the elbows to maintain muscle contraction and exhale the air at the end of the movement. The elbows should always be bent and kept close to the torso and the body should not move except by bending the elbows.

To make the movement easier, we can begin the exercise with our feet flat on the floor.

We start by taking a dumbbell with the hand of the arm you want to exercise at that moment and you will position the palm of your hand facing your torso, the next thing you will do is lean your body forward to support you, but keeping your back straight. You will bend your knees a little and then position your elbow at the level of your torso.

You will notice how the dumbbell is facing the floor, then slowly bring your arm upwards. When you reach the top, you will press the muscle a little and then slowly lower it to the starting position.

When you reach the position in which you started, then you will repeat the same movement several times, and then change arms, and will alternate arms until you finish.

Our intention throughout the exercise will be that the elbows are kept towards the front of our body, rather than open, in this way the triceps will be activated correctly and the involvement of the pectoral will be less, which is what we are looking for in this case.

We should try to extend the elbow until our forearm is perpendicular to the ground, but avoid locking the elbow at the end of the concentric phase. When we perform the eccentric phase in which the elbow flexes little by little and the dumbbell descends, we should try to lower the dumbbell slowly, as this will help us to increase the activation of the triceps and therefore increase the effect of the load.

We should try to breathe in during the eccentric phase while breathing out during the concentric phase, breathing is important but it is not the central axis of the exercise.
