    Today we are going to prepare the Buffalo mustard fish with potato. It is one of the non veg Indian dishes. Maximum Indian people are like this fish. This fish is easily available in Indian market.

    There are many ingredients are used in this dish. Main ingredients are buffalo fish. So many people like this fish because it has many benefits. The main benefits are written below.

    Buffalo fish is a kind of healthy fish. It has many nutrients. It also contains good protein and omega-3 fatty acids. These fish are easily digested and help to control the cholesterol levels of humans. Eating this fish, it helps to reduce the risk of heart disease. It may have heart health benefit.

    Buffalo fish are the main nutrients for babies. It is part of a healthy diet that the baby develops its brain while breastfeeding or feeding during pregnancy.

    These fish contain omega-3 fat (called DHA and EPA) and omega-6 fat, iron, iodine, choline. Choline mainly promotes the development of the baby's spine. This fish meal provides iron and zinc to support the children's immune system. These fish contain other nutrients such as protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium.

    The Other ingredients are
    Mustard, Cumin, Zinger, Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Curd, Kasmiri Chilly Powder, Coriander leave, Cooking Mustard Oil.

    The process of making Buffalo fish with delicious mustard gravy is very simple.

    At first cut the fish in small pieces. Then clean in with water and marinate with curd, salt and turmeric powder for 30 minutes. After that fry it with mustard oil.

    Then took the mustard and cumin and grind it with the help of mixture grinder and add some water make it mustard cumin paste and add garlic and zinger paste in it.

    Then took some potato and tomato and clean it and chopped it as per the picture given above. Then fry the potato with the mustard oil.

    Then take some oil in the deep frying pan. Once the oil is heat, add chopped onion , green chilly and tomato on it. Then fry it for 5 minutes. After that add some salt, turmeric powder and kasmiri chilly powder in it.

    After 1 minute, add the paste of mustard cumin paste on it. Once the gravy color little bit red, add the fried potato on it. Again fry it for another 4 minutes with low flame.

    After that add some water for making gravy and cook it for another 5 to 7 minute and then put the fried fish on it.

    Then cook it for 5 minutes with low flame. Then the Buffalo fish is ready for serve.

    At the end we garnish the Buffalo fish with chopped coriander leave.
