    Partimos en rodajas la papa amarilla, papa blanca, zanahoria, reservamos y en la licuadora colocamos los pimentones, ajo en diente, y la cebolla larga, lo colocamos al fuego hasta que espese agregar los aliños al gusto yo utilice pimienta, orégano, tomillo, laurel, paprika, cúrcuma, azafrán de raíz, sal. agregamos aceite al licuado para hacer el guiso y aparte metemos las arvejas verdes en un papel aluminio así evitamos que se desbaraten y las dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos.
