ONE PIECE Pirate Warriors 3 is the best ONE PIECE game I played. It's based on the anime and follows all major arcs of the ONE PIECE series up to Dressrosa Arc. It's a massive game with a lot of fun to be had.
Pirate Warriors 3's gameplay is based on the "Musou/Warriors" franchise which compromises of fighting hordes of enemies in large scale battles. ONE PIECE is full of moments where the heroes fight large scales of enemies so it fits. The gameplay also features base-building mechanics, which fits surprisingly well with the ONE PIECE storyline.
I played Pirate Warriors 3 a few years back. I finished the main campaign of the game back then, but didn't play any of the extra stuff. Recently, I decided to play it again now on my Steam Deck. I realized I don't have my save files anymore, so this is a video of my replay of the first level of the game on Hard Mode. I nearly lost a bunch of times, but I achieved triumph in the end.
