This dish is straightforward, it only has two main ingredients, Bottle Gourd and Tomatoes. And since it is a straightforward dish it is also so simple and easy to cook. Check the video out.
Ingredients of Ginisang Upo (Sauteed Bottle Gourd)
- 800 grams bottle of gourd
- 180 grams of tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small white onion (you can use red onion)
- Salt (to taste)
- MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) to taste (optional)
