Luego de una semana fuerte de entrenamiento decidí grabar algunos combos de movimientos estáticos con lo que me quedaba de fuerza ya que se siente la fatiga en el cuerpo, a pesar de esto me sentí muy bien realizando los estáticos casi siempre hago esto pero no tan seguido mi intensión siempre es mejorar en cada combo que realice de igual forma estos combos son los mismos desde que empecé a dominar lo que empuje y jale solo que a medida les voy a agregando algo más hasta lograr un combo aceptable. Mi meta es realizar un combo largo por cada movimiento, pero poco a poco se va realizando, sin más que agregar nos vemos en otra oportunidad.
