    Quiero compartirles mi humilde cambio físico, hace 5 semanas comencé a recorrer este camino, totalmente seguro de que mis metas eran posibles y en el tiempo en las que me las había trazado, evidentemente aun me queda camino por recorrer ya que aunque pude aumentar masa muscular y reducir grasas, soy perfectamente consciente de que aún estoy lejos de mi físico ideal, siento que la mejor condición física que tuve en mi vida fue en el año 2018, esta vez me propongo superar ese estándar y llegar aún más lejos, pondré la barra en lo más alto y no descansare hasta conocer mis propios limites
    Si te preguntas que tipo de entrenamiento tuve que realizar y que tipo de alimentación lleve, estaré subiendo semanalmente videos con las rutinas de entrenamiento exactas que me ayudaron a cumplir esta primera parte de mi desafío y subiré post referidos a la alimentación cada par de días, así que si les interesa el tema no olviden estar al pendiente.
    Sin más que agregar espero que disfruten el video y encuentren el tema interesante, sé que debido a la pandemia del covid-19 y las constantes cuarentenas mucha gente ha aumentado de peso y se siente inconforme con su físico, es mi intención poder darles herramientas no solo para que lleven un intenso entrenamiento, si no para que cambien su estilo de vida.

    I want to share with you my humble physical change, 5 weeks ago I started to walk this path, totally sure that my goals were possible and in the time in which I had traced them, evidently I still have a way to go because although I could increase muscle mass and reduce fat, I am perfectly aware that I am still far from my ideal physique, I feel that the best physical condition I had in my life was in 2018, this time I intend to exceed that standard and go even further, I will put the bar at the highest and I will not rest until I know my own limits.
    If you are wondering what kind of training I had to do and what kind of nutrition I took, I will be uploading weekly videos with the exact training routines that helped me to accomplish this first part of my challenge and I will upload post referring to nutrition every couple of days, so if you are interested in the topic don't forget to stay tuned.
    Without further ado I hope you enjoy the video and find the topic interesting, I know that due to the pandemic of covid-19 and the constant quarantines many people have gained weight and feel dissatisfied with their physique, it is my intention to give them tools not only to carry an intense training, but to change their lifestyle.
